B.K. Srivastava, M.D.
Dr. ”BK” Srivastava specializes in all aspects of noninvasive cardiology with a focus on coronary artery disease, heart failure and complex cardiac conditions. He is an expert in noninvasive cardiac testing including cardiac nuclear medicine and echocardiography. He maintains board certification in Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine. Dr. BK joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular Specialists of Dayton in 2017 and has practice cardiology in Dayton since 2001. He is fluent in three languages including Hindi, Urdu and English.
Mark Krebs, M.D.
Dr. Mark E. Krebs specializes in heart rhythm abnormalities with an expertise in atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, pacemakers, defibrillators, and a wide range of cardiac rhythm disturbances. He maintains board certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Krebs has practiced cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology in Dayton since 1997. He joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular Specialists of Dayton in 2018.
Kurian Thomas Maliel, M.D.
Dr. Kurian T. Maliel specializes in cardiovascular disease. He is board certified in both cardiovascular disease by the American board of Vascular Medicine and Nuclear Medicine by the American board of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Maliel graduated with honors and has over 13 years of experience. He joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular Specialists of Dayton in 2019.
Stephen Wenzke, M.D.
Dr. Stephen Wenzke specializes in Clinical Cardiology. He obtained a board certification in Internal Medicine-Cardiac Disease & Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Wenzke has practiced in the Dayton area since 1986. He joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular Specialists of Dayton in 2023.

Carol L. Griffith is a nurse practitioner with 25+ years in cardiology expertise. Carol's background includes cardiac intensive care, post coronary artery bypass, management of atrial fibrillation & atrial flutter, coronary artery disease, postcardiac stenting, and management of heart failure. She is board-certified through American Nursing Association/American nurses credentialing Center. She is a member of the American nurses Association, American Cardiology College, and Ohio Nurses Association. She joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular Specialists of Dayton in 2018.
Allison Fay

Alison joined us in 2024. She graduated from Kettering College and has over 10 years of nursing experience. Allison's background includes Neurology, Acute intensive care, Atrial Fibrillation & Abnormal Heart Rhythm management, anticoagulation therapy and EP Cardiac management. Prior to nursing Allison was a respiratory therapist for 5 years. Outside of work Allison enjoys spending time outdoors being active, reading a good book when she has the time, and spending time with friends and family.
Brittany Flynn

Brittany is a nurse practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. Brittany's background includes neuro-intensive care, post carotid endarterectomy, atrial fibrillation, arterial management, hypertension management, and palliative care. She is board-certified through American Nursing Association/American Nurses Credentialing Center. She joined Heart, Rhythm & Vascular in 2023. Sarah Dekoski

Sarah is a Physician Assistant who joined us in 2025. She graduated from Gannon University in Erie, PA in 2014. She is board-certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, and a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. She has over 10 years of Cardiovascular experience that includes blood pressure management & heart failure management. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.
